About my PantherForceRetail Account
PantherForceRetail is your one-stop portal where you can manage your commission, bonus, and credit details.
It provides access to your account dashboard and online shop.
Your Available to Spend amount is the sum of your Commission Balance, Bonus, and, if applicable, Credit.
This amount is available for use in the PantherForceRetail Online Shop. If you need to pay more than this,
you can complete your purchase using a credit/debit card or PayPal.
Your Account Balance is the total of your Commission Balance and Bonus, excluding any Credit.
Your Commission Balance is the accumulated SIM commission added to your account at the beginning of each month.
- If you receive your commission directly, it will be paid into your bank account or by cheque, and your account balance will then reduce accordingly.
- If you choose to keep your commission in your account, it remains available until you decide to spend it.
Bonus payments are credited to your account and are available to spend on accessories.
Note that Bonus cannot be withdrawn and can be rolled over for up to 12 months.

If eligible, Credit is offered to you to spend before your next commission payment.
Any Credit used will be deducted from your future PantherForceRetail commission payments.

A negative Account Balance indicates that you have spent more than your available Commission Balance and Bonus,
and have used some or all of your Credit. The Credit amount spent will be offset against future commission payments.
When making a purchase in the PantherForceRetail Online Shop, you can choose to use your Bonus, Commission, and Credit.
Note that Credit can only be used once your Commission Balance is fully spent. If your available balance does not cover the entire order,
you may pay the remainder with a credit/debit card or PayPal.
Commission
Your commission is the amount you have earned by connecting and topping up your Panther Force Retail PAYG SIMs.
Your commission is calculated from your SIM connections and subsequent top ups, according to your commission scheme.
This is the scheme which determines the level and rate at which you earn your connection and top up payments.

We will always pay your commission into your Panther Force Retail Account; there is no minimum value.
The minimum amount for commission payments is £15.
If your commission amount for the month, or your running commission total, is less than £15 then it will remain in your Panther Force Retail Account and will not be paid out until you reach it, and you have set your payment choice accordingly. You will still be able to spend it in the Panther Force Retail Online Shop.
You can access your commission via your Panther Force Retail Account at the start of every month.
You can spend it immediately in the Panther Force Retail Online Shop. If you wish to have your commission paid to you, then payment to your bank account is quickest.
No, your commission will not expire. It will remain in your Panther Force Retail Account until you spend it, or reach the payment threshold and choose to have it paid to you.
We pay commission due to you into your Panther Force Retail Account at the start of each month.
If there is no commission due then you won’t see anything added to your account.
Please bear in mind that commission is calculated the month after the connections are registered with us, and paid out the month after that, so, for example, connections you make in month one, will be paid as commission in month three.

If you spent some or all of your Credit in the previous month, then this will be offset against future Panther Force Retail SIM commission payments.
Bonus rewards
Your Bonus is earned on each first connection on any network. It can only be spent online. You can roll it over for up to 12 months.
A Network Booster is a Bonus earned when you meet the connection threshold on specified networks.
Credit
We calculate your Credit amount based on your previous Panther Force Retail SIM connection performance.
Credit takes account of your previous Panther Force Retail SIM connection performance, and therefore can go up as well as down.
Credit is reset at the start of each month, and the amount available to you takes account of your previous Panther Force Retail SIM connection performance.
Receiving my commission
You have three options:
- Keep your commission in your Panther Force Retail Account
- Receive your commission into your bank account
- Receive your commission by cheque
You can view your current commission payment setting on your profile page.
To change this setting, you can use the email link to notify us of your request, and a member of Customer Support will contact you.
Alternatively, ask your Retail Sales Manager, or call our Customer Support team on 020 3925 5060.
Please bear in mind that your changes will not take effect until they have been verified.
All changes to commission payment settings need to be verified before they can be applied to your account.
It might be that the changes are still taking effect, or that we have been unable to contact you to complete the verification process.
We take great care in storing your personal information and we will never share your details with a third party.
Your data is kept secure using industry standard security measures. Please do not email us your bank details.
If you keep your commission in your Panther Force Retail Account, then you will be able to spend it in Panther Force Retail’s Online Shop whenever you need mobile accessories.
You can combine it with your Bonus and Credit to maximise the amount you have to spend, or save it up over a few months to increase your total.

We can pay your commission directly into your nominated bank account. The minimum payment threshold is £15.
You’ll need to provide us with your bank account details. You will see your payment from Panther Force Retail Communication Retail Limited on your statement.
Your commission will show in your Panther Force Retail Account until the middle of the month, and the amount remaining will be paid out to your bank account.
We can pay your commission to you by cheque, which will be printed and hand delivered by your Retail Sales Manager on their monthly visit.
The minimum payment threshold is £15. Please ensure we have the correct payee details so your bank will accept your cheque.
Your commission will show in your Panther Force Retail Account until the middle of the month, and the amount remaining will be paid out by cheque.
PLEASE NOTE: A small admin charge may be levied for changes to your cheque payee details.

The actual date may vary from month to month. For payment to your bank account, it will be around 12 days after your Commission arrives in your Panther Force Retail Account.
For payments by cheque, your Retail Sales Manager will bring your cheque on their next visit to your store.
Your Bonus is available for spending against accessories, however it is not available to request for payment.
Credit is offered on the agreement that any spent will be offset against future Panther Force Retail SIM commission payments.
You will still be able to swap your cheque for accessories. However, we recommend that you log in to your Panther Force Retail Account when your commission arrives, and spend it online in our Panther Force Retail Online Shop.
This means you have access to your commission much sooner and you don’t have to wait for your cheque to be printed and delivered before you can order accessories.
You can also adjust your settings so that you always keep your money in your Panther Force Retail Account and it will always be available when you want to place an order.
VAT and VAT self-billing
Commission paid to you is inclusive of VAT, and you are responsible for raising any VAT invoices for commission unless you opt in to VAT self-billing (see how in next question).
Contact your Retail Sales Manager or call our Customer Support team and we will register you for self-billing and produce your self-bill invoices for you each month.
Please note that you need to be VAT registered in order to receive self-bill invoices.
All order invoices are available to print and save from the Accessories Orders screen accessed via your dashboard.
